Congratulations on Diabetes Improvements
Between 2009 and 2010, many primary care practices improved their quality ratings for the percentage of their patients who met all five diabetes goals. While some of the increased quality ratings can only be attributed to a change in the target goals for blood pressure, blood sugar (A1C) and aspirin use, other increases can be attributed to meaningful improvements.
